DEEPA MEHAN
Your initial contact with Wellsford Dental may be with one of our friendly patient care co-ordinators, Deepa. She will welcome you into the practice, make you an appointment time to suit, and happily answer any questions you may have regarding your dental treatments. As one of our coordinators she oversees our four surgeries, making sure appointments are running smoothly. The most important aspect of her role is to ensure a smooth and stress-free patient journey for all new and existing patients at Wellsford Dental.
Meet our Front Office Co-Ordinator, Deepa Mehan, Wellsford Dental
Her aim is to create a relaxing environment and make you, the patient, feel totally at ease. Your well-being is Deepa’s top priority. She is calm, kind, and organised, which means that she is the ideal person to guide patients through their treatment at the practice.
Deepa has a strong customer service background and has relished using these skills at Wellsford Dental. She also takes an active part in the ongoing growth and development of our customer service delivery.
She loves getting to know our patients both on the phone and in person, she is always smiling, and goes out of her way to make all the patients feel very welcome.
Outside of work she is a busy Supermum to two beautiful children and enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
