NICOLE LAND
Nicole is one of the reasons Wellsford Dental is different, and why dental care here feels better. She isn’t just one of our patient co-ordinators, she creates a better experience for our patients with her unique insight after being a dental assistant for several years. Her role at Wellsford Dental is focused on providing patients with relaxed, non-clinical treatment consultations to understand their needs, and in assisting dentists in treatment planning.
Meet our Front Office Co-Ordinator, Nicole Land, Wellsford Dental
It will probably be Nicole that you see or speak to first — as part of her role is to meet and great patients, make sure they feel comfortable and know what to expect in their appointment. Her favourite thing is seeing patients come through a long treatment plan successfully and being thanked for her encouragement and support.
Nicole qualified as a dental assistant in 2007 and spent many years working in the role, and she is now focusing on the customer service side of dentistry, where she’s passionate about making a difference.
Because she understands the clinical side of dentistry, she is unflappable and calm in a crisis. The phrase she most often uses is “it’s my pleasure”, which sums her up perfectly, as she is always there to provide our patients with exceptional service. Nicole is always happy to assist with any queries you may have.
Outside of work she enjoys socialising with family and friends, gardening, doing renovations to her house, and decorating the newly renovated spaces.
